The Smart Call Button can be installed in residents’ rooms or bathrooms that residents can trigger for help when in needs. No complicated cabling is required for installation due to its wireless design. The unique alarm-attending protocol ensures the residents are taken care by the caretakers and each log can be traced. With IoT enabled, call alarm is pushed to Smartphone to make sure caretakers are notified. Patrolling can be done by presenting the smart staff card towards the button and patrol report can be viewed online.
