All visitors are required to wear face masks.
All visitors are required to have body temperature screened. Anyone with high temperature and/or display respiratory symptoms will be denied entry.
Except for those who are exempt, all visitors are requested to scan the QR code via the “LeaveHomeSafe” Mobile App and show the Vaccine Pass to the premises’ QR Code Verification Scanner devices for checking and recording at the expo entrance. However, exempted visitors are required to complete the declaration form provided (information collected will be based on the latest requirements set under “Vaccine Pass” and “LeaveHomeSafe” regulations) which will be kept by the Organiser for 31 days, to facilitate contact-tracing by the CHP whenever necessary.
All persons under quarantine order or isolation order, the categories of Red Code or Amber Code will be denied entry.
Please keep your hands clean and use hand sanitizer.
Eating or drinking, including sample tasting, are not allowed in the venue. Visitors cannot consume any food or drinks at the venue.
The valid admission ticket, name badge or entrance wrist band shall be presented for checking at the entrance of venue.
The valid entrance wrist band or name badge shall not be transferred to other party. The Organiser reserves the right to request for identity if required.;
Visitor must wear a valid entrance wrist band, if wrist band is damaged or lost, visitor must register again for re-entry.
Due to limited space of the venue, participants who carry bulky luggage please use the Cloak Room arranged by the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to check any bulky personal belongings of the participants.
No banners, buntings, flyers or publicity materials of any kind shall be displayed without prior permission from the Organiser.
No loudhailers shall be brought into and/or used in the venue without prior permission from the Organiser.
Attendees must not enter any restricted area without authorisation. In the event of an emergency, attendees must comply with all reasonable directions of venue security personnel.
Persons entering into or inside the venue should not intentionally cause any obstruction to the entrance, exit, staircase, passage, district passageway, emergency exit or emergency passageway of the venue.
Security staff at the venue may intercept or interdict persons who constitute a threat to event safety and good order for any reason, including those apparently under the influence of alcohol or drugs and those in possession of dangerous items or substances. Such persons may be denied from entry or removed from the venue.
The Organiser reserves the right to invite any person to leave the venue if he/she fails to comply with the Entrance Rules or interrupts the programme.
All visitors are requested to note the emergency measures under the following situations. The measures will be implemented should there be a tropical cyclone (commonly known as “typhoon”) or black rainstorm warning signal during the Gerontech and Innovation Expo cum Summit
Before Opening Hours
1. If a pre-No. 8 special announcement is issued before opening hours, the expo will be closed.
2. If a tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8 (or above) is hoisted before opening hours without a pre-No. 8 (or above) special announcement, the expo will be closed.
During Opening Hours
1. Once a pre-No. 8 special announcement is issued during opening hours, the expo will be closed in two hours. Exhibitors and visitors will be requested to leave the venue as soon as possible.
2. When a tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8 (or above) is hoisted without a pre-No. 8 (or above) special announcement, the expo will be closed immediately. Exhibitors and visitors will be requested to leave the venue immediately.
When the Warning Signal is cancelled
1. If the tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8 (or above) is cancelled before 2:00pm, the expo will be re-open to the public two hours after the warning signal is cancelled.
2. If the tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8 (or above) is cancelled at or after 2:00pm, the expo will remain closed for the day.
Before Opening Hours
1. If a black rainstorm warning signal is issued before opening hours, the expo will be closed.
2. If the black rainstorm warning signal is cancelled before 2:00pm, the expo will be re-open to the public two hours after the warning signal is cancelled.
3. If the black rainstorm warning signal is cancelled is cancelled at or after 2:00pm, the expo will remain closed for the day.
During Opening Hours
1. When a black rainstorm warning signal is issued during opening hours, the expo will remain open. Exhibitors and visitors onsite are recommended to stay in the venue for their own safety.
