The Department of Biomedical Engineering of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Hong Kong Sheung Kung Welfare Council Limited jointly organised the "Love‧Innovate for Happy Ageing” Project. It promotes the concepts of STEM Education and Gerontechnology to encourage students to care for the needs of the elderly and to use engineering design thinking to solve problems in their lives. In this exhibition, the winning teams, PolyU staff and trained elderly gerontech testing experts will be invited to showcase some student works, and promote the "Action Hub" Student Project idea Crowdsourcing Platform and the "Gerontech tester" programme to the public.
