LSCM’s Smart Lifter is a lifter/transporter that can perform object handling tasks remotely through human-machine cooperation. It combines the functions of forklifts and cranes while its size is even smaller than either of the machines. With the additional sensors, such as force sensors, the operation efficiency can be enhanced. In addition, it can be simply turned into a stratified (or personalised) lifter for elderly care applications.
