We aim to improve the management of musculoskeletal diseases with artificial intelligence technology. We introduce Asia’s pioneering AI-based management system for Knee Osteoarthritis (KOA). It comprises a community screening system that assists in early diagnosis by analyzing the user’s walking pattern and other easily accessible clinical factors in the community. Besides, on the individual level, we also designed a mobile application that empowers the users to perform self-management through the in-app KOA risk assessment, personalized health education, and continuous monitoring. Our team has been rapidly expanding our methodology to other related diseases. With improved disease management, we hopes to safeguard the public health and wellbeing of the patients.
